At All Natural Arts, we take great care to ensure that your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. Below is our policy regarding shipping and returns:

Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take additional time, which will be communicated during the purchase process.
• Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight and destination of the package.
• International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, we’re happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.
• Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the item’s purchase price (excluding shipping costs). Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the item is received.

Please note that custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
